Health Questionnaire: All parents are required to complete a Health Form the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month; for each student in your household. Daily temperature checks will continue to be done as well as you verifying the health of your child before they come to school. Also please continue to remind your children about the importance of wearing a mask during the school day.
