Monthly Meetings


PTO meetings take place once a month (typically the 2nd Wednesday) at 6:00 pm at the elementary school in the cafeteria. All parents/guardians and teachers and staff of the elementary and high school are welcome to attend. At each meeting, we vote on fund requests made by the teachers of both the high school and elementary school. We also discuss new initiatives, field trips, fundraisers, community events, etc. Please come join us. We welcome your opinion, ideas, and feedback!

PTO    Events

PTO Carnival

Refreshments in the Elementary School cafeteria and games in the gymnasium.
Volunteers are needed for the planning of the event, contacting participants and running the games.  We'd love to hear your ideas about new carnival games- please consider joining the NEW 2019 Carnival Committee.
*2nd committee meeting is Thursday, Feb. 28th at  6 pm in the Elem. cafeteria.
Carnival is held on Friday, March 22, 2019.

Breakfast with the Principal
Bi-Monthly invitation only event where students are honored as part of the Character Education Program. 

Breakfast is provided for students and family members.

Open House(s)

High School and Elementary Schools. Refreshments are provided to families while they attend the open houses.
High School held on Tuesday, 9/25 @ 7 pm
Elementary School  Wed., 9/26 @ 7 pm

Family Movie Night(s)

Held at the Elementary School in the gymnasium. Bring your sleeping bag and pillow, and come in your pajamas to enjoy a family movie.
Hotel Transylvania 3 will be shown on Friday, October 26th. Movie starts at 7pm. Hope to see you there!

Kids Korner Holiday Shop

Elementar School event where students purchase gifts for family and friends at holiday time. A favorite of the kids! Shopping dates are 12/04 - 12/06/18. *Volunteers are needed for this event to help students shop and to help wrap and label their gifts. More info. will be sent home in November.

Various gift items to purchase for yourself, family and friends; all while helping us raise money to give back to the students in the form of field trips, supplies, and recognition events.

Box top$ for Education
PTO sponsors a contest in Oct. and March for the class that has the highest contribution of box tops!!
Boxtops can be found on many grocery store items. For more details go to
The PTO receives 10¢ per boxtop. This year, the Boxtops for education money will go into the general fund to pay for many of the items that the PTO funds yearly. This is an easy way to earn money for the school! Send them in or drop them off in the office anytime! (Contests are in October and March) 

McGraw School &
Community Cookbook

2nd edition cookbook consists of recipes submitted by parents, faculty, staff, and community members.


The McGraw School & Community Cookbook Volume #2 has arrived!  Final cost for this one-of-a-kind publication is only $8.

We will also have some for sale at the open house events, movie night on 10/26, and the carnival on 3/22/19.
