Voter Registration Night


Personal Voter Registration has been adopted by the McGraw School District for all eligible voters residing in the McGraw School District. 

The District’s Board of Registration will meet on Tuesday, May 7, 2019, in the cafeteria of the McGraw High School between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of preparing the register. 

Any person who is currently enrolled in county personal registration will automatically be enrolled in the school district registration and will not have to attend the sign up session listed above.

Any person who is not enrolled in the county personal registration shall be entitled to have his name placed upon such register, provided that at such meeting of the Board of Registration, he or she is known or proven to the satisfaction of such board of registration, to be then or thereafter entitled to vote at the school meeting or election for which such register is prepared. 

To be entitled to vote in the District, a person must be a citizen of the United States, must be at least 18 years of age, and must be a resident of the district for thirty (30) days prior to May 21, 2019. 

The prepared register of voters will be filed in the office of the Clerk of the District and will be open for inspection by any qualified voter of the district between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. each of the five days prior to and the day set for the meeting or election, except Saturday and Sunday.
