Enterprise America Field Trip

Sixth and seventh grade students ran 13 businesses at Enterprise America on June 24.  One student-envisioned business, The Science Shop, even had a mascot (Paige Clark)!  Students applied for loans from the bank, budgeted for their business costs, earned paychecks, voted, paid bills, sold goods, and provided services for their entire community. An Enterprise America representative said our group was "kind to each other, respectful, and hardworking.  I also loved seeing the creativity and innovation that the Science Center brought to the program- fantastic!"
