A Nerd Sorting Nerds?

No!  As Tyler Stone is living proof that being a good reader, and a good student, does not mean you are a nerd.  

Tyler won a small candy prize for using the best close reading strategies on a passage in Mr. Cowit’s English 7 lab.  He did an excellent job of writing summary notes, underlining important details, and then answering the multiple choice questions.

Pictured above, Tyler carefully sorts and categorizes his Nerd candies into three piles to determine if there are equal quantities of each color.  Is this something a nerd would do?  Definitely not!
