Welcome Miss Royer

Welcome Miss Megan Royer to McGraw High School as the new Agricultural Sciences Teacher.  She is originally from State College, Pennsylvania! She is the oldest of three girls.  Becky is a Junior at Lock Haven University and Gracie is a Junior in High School.  They grew up on what used to be the family's dairy farm.

Miss Royer spends her free time in the barn working with pigs, goats, sheep, and occasionally helping milk cows!  She and boyfriend Adam recently adopted a bernedoodle named Silo who is 6 months old.  They often spend time outside on an adventure together somewhere.  They spend a lot of time traveling and have been to 14 of the 50 states and their goal to visit all 50!  Miss Royer is also a huge baseball fan spending much of her life at the ballpark.

Miss Royer graduated from Pennsylvania State University in May with a minor in Leadership Development and International Agriculture. She completed her student teaching experience at Athens Area High School in Pennsylvania.  She says, “I am super excited to be a part of the McGraw family and start this new adventure in agriculture.  Agriculture is an amazing industry with endless possibilities for students to find their passions.  I am so excited to see what all we can discover together this school year!”
