Welcome Mrs. Simpson, Bus Driver

Welcome new bus driver, Mrs. Kimberly Simpson, who the students call “Miss Kim” to the McGraw Transportation Department.  She worked for 15 years helping children with Autism, then she decided to become a Certified Montessori teacher and continued as a lead toddler teacher.  She also volunteered as a Daisy & Brownie troop leader.

Mrs. Simpson moved to upstate New York in 2017 from Connecticut, where she visits as often as possible.  An interesting fact about Mrs. Simpson is that she was captain of the NHS Colorguard Rifle Team in High School.  Mrs. Simpson majored in Graphic Design.  She says, “I enjoy most anything art related; painting, photography, drawing, and creating greeting cards.  I am currently working on a children’s book.”  She has a grown daughter who recently moved to Texas.  The Simpsons enjoy gardening, cooking, and being outdoors.
