Welcome, Miss Aubrey Underwood, to McGraw Elementary as a new Kindergarten Teacher!  She earned a degree in Early Childhood/Childhood (Birth-6th grade) Education from SUNY Cortland in 2025. While in college, she completed numerous field experiences and was a substitute teacher at McGraw. Miss Underwood taught Kindergarten last year in another district before accepting her new position in McGraw.

Miss Underwood is a 2021 McGraw alumna who still resides in the district.  She has five siblings who all have attended or still currently attend McGraw schools. An interesting fact about Miss Underwood is that she bought her first house at age 21 during student teaching while she remained working at NBT Bank through college. She has two, soon to be three, dogs (a black lab, an Australian shepherd, and a basset hound) that she enjoys taking for walks. She also says, “I love to watch football (Go Bills!) and go to the beach!”
