Child Development Class

Ms. Law and her Child Development Class took a walking field trip to the McGraw Elementary School to visit Ms. Vianos and her Pre-K Class.  They set out to observe the children in their classroom setting and identify evidence of the various ways students are enhancing their learning in the 5 areas of child development.  This educational experience exceeded all of our expectations.  They were immediately invited to join the pre-school students on their “nature hunt”.  Our high school students assisted the preschool class in finding various textured items in nature and creating nature bracelets.  The “little ones” walked our “big kids” back to the high school through our walking trail and what an amazing time they had.  They are looking forward to visiting again soon.
