Motion Energy

In 4th grade Science, students have been learning about what happens to motion energy during a collision. After collecting evidence in previous lessons, they learned to be engineers and design a model of a bicycle helmet that will stop an egg from cracking during a collision. They also learned about the brain and the importance of wearing helmets. In the next lesson, students will be testing out their model helmets using a real egg.
