Agriculture students were provided the opportunity to explore the "Holy Cow" at Cornell University after finishing the ruminant digestive unit. Students were able to look at fluid from the rumen through a microscope. They also got to feel the feel matter from "Snowflake" through a fistula. A fistula is an opening to see into the rumen.
